All incomes, earnings, movable or immovable properties of the trust shall be solely utilised for the promotion of its aims and objectives only and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the trust or to any person claiming through any or more of present or past members.
No member of the trust shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the trust or make any profits whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.

Country First Foundation, its founder members, its governing body and any person or entity drawing authority from the member and related to the Country First Foundation assume no responsibility or liability of any kind, directly or indirectly whatsoever. The Country First Foundation is governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
